I don't have enough hang time yet to fully test this, but there are two features of the Snupak UQ that, when mated with the HH, might lend to a better asym experience.
First, there are the two offset webbing loops that match the locations of the hammock tie outs. When I first used this setup, I staked out the hammock before hanging the UQ, so I ended up fastening those loops to the hammock with toggles. Next time, I'll run the tie outs through those loops.
Second is going to be tougher to explain without a picture. The side channels of the UQ each have an opening at the midpoint of the UQ. The two thick shock cords that run through them are exposed at the midpoint and each has a double cord lock at that opening. That allows for each of the four ends to be tensioned individually... so, you can have head-left and foot-right to be a little loose, and head-right and foot-left to be tighter, for example.
I doubt these features are unique to the Snugpak, but I haven't tried any others. You may want to consider adding loops to your UQ to match your hammock if they're not already there.
What did I do to my hammock today... not much. I got a dry bag for a canoe trip later in the year. I did speak to Hennessy yesterday about my sticky end caps, and they're sending me new ones. They told me changing suspension has voided my warranty. I didn't bother telling them about sending my hammock to 2Q2Z.

I loaded mine into my brand new ULA OHM and am biding my time till I can hit the trail! It's finally getting cooler around here and I can't wait.
Where the trail ends the adventure begins!
I just packed mine to go to MAHHA tomorrow.
When the wife asks, I simply say "Shug made me do it".
I really didn't like the beetle buckles. For two main reasons. The first is that it wasn't very easy to adjust, I kept trying to learn it, and just struggled instead. The second, it didn't make a very good water break, my previous attachment was an excellent water break, I don't want to carry a piece of cord to make a water break.
With that being said! I stole some continuous loops from another hammock, and I have cinch buckles left over from another suspension, and I created these. Easier to adjust, easy to take it off the hammock. Just need to test it in some rain.

I'd rather be hanging.
I created a Reflectix cosie to use for sampling fine haute cuisine while sitting in the hammie.
The grate in the middle is a chicken wire grate to use with a Trangia knockoff and a Stanley cook set. It’s been Velcroed in so I can keep tabs on it.

I took the suspension off and put the hammock in the washing machine.
Then I hung it out to dry, and it dried in about 5 minutes.
I've been sleeping in it naked over our southern hemisphere summer and figured it was time to clean it up.
Maybe a better title would be “What have you done for your hammock lately?”, which implies that you should feel guilty if the answer is “not much” lol.

I examined a series of holes torn in my hammock, and bugnet, by some evil little thorny bushes last trip. :'(
They are near the left head end, so I'm hoping they won't affect the structure, or spread...
Also made a list of all the things I'd like to change/make so I don't forget until next trip, like I have done the last several trips.
I received a SnugPack UQ to give to my uncle. Upon investigation, it feels like a nice UQ. Heavy, but nice.
I'd rather be hanging.
