I’m looking for the warmest pad available. Weight and price are not an issue. My hammock is requires a pad and an UQ is not an option. What do you suggest?

This pad is hard to beat for it's size and R-Value.

I'm very satisfied with my Klymit Static V insulated pad. It's best in a dl hammock.
I should have stated I have a Klymit V, BA Air Core, and a Nemo. All insulated. I was hoping to take it to the next level. If there is such a thing.

Here's the next level but it's big.

R Value 9.5
Out of various winter pads available, I only have winter experience with the Neoair Xtherm (the first option TrailSlug mentioned above). I had it directly on the snow with air temps between 20-25*F, and was warm enough, and by morning, it didn't appear that any snow under it had melted. It is relatively light for the warmth and comfort but noisy.
I also own an Exped Downmat 9. It would probably be warmer (higher R value), is definitely more comfortable but is too heavy for most people to want to carry far in a pack because of lighter and almost as warm options available these days.
As far as with a hammock, I've only used a large mummy shaped Xtherm in a Ridgerunner. It's a good fit but I wish it came in widths just slightly wider at the shoulders. 27-28 would probably be perfect. The Insulated Static V Luxe is wide enough but I'd be concerned that on its own, it wouldn't be warm enough for winter camping. I could be wrong, though because I've never slept in it.

R-10 rating. 25" X 77" or 30" X 77". Thickness is 3.5".

I know it's not the lightest gear, and it's a lot of stuff, but I use a canoe, so it's a lot like car camping, but without the other cars.
Well, if weight is truly not an issue, then the REI 3.5" CampBed is hard to beat. But it's big. And heavy.
I've got a synmat 9 that I've used down to -20c no problem (rated to -25) in my Amok. should provide exactly same performance in your 90 degree
downmat 9 is rated to -38
when it was that cold I also used fleece throw over the top of the pad, width wise, just to provide extra coverage for the shoulders
I have a Thermarest Mondokind with an R value of 11. It is massive and I'm not sure how it would work in a hammock? But it sure is warm in the winter and thick!
