Amazing as usual. I'll be out there getting another 30 miles in within a few weeks myself. Something about Vermont.

Nice video! I grew up in Jay and spend a fair bit of time at the shooting star shelter. After watching your videos, I may need to plan a trip back.

I feel a little silly thinking the Sawtooth Mountains were rough. Way to hump up them hills. I'll have to show my dad about those syrup tube runs, he's still doing it the old fashioned way :P Very cool. Thanks Shug.

The tube maple sap harvesting was enthalling to see......https://www.leaderevaporator.com/c-1...maple-sap.aspx
I have a slew of VT local syrup now. Sipping it like I used to sip whiskey.

Haystack Mountain is tough. That was my sons first hike on the Long Trail. Tillison shelter was a nice spot too. Hung there two nights. From the same trees. It was nice to hear the water at night. Your videos are amazing. You ever need a maple refill let me know. We make about 25 gallons a year for ourselves and gifts to others. Take care, Al

    Yes fer sure!
Spruce ridge Camp was our favorite.
I bought soooo much VT maple syrup and maple products. Went a bit nuts. Maple everyday for me for a while.
Thanks for the offer. Nothing like that homemade maple syrup. I like the grade A dark amber. A palates delight.
Got most of my maple here....https://voyagenation.com/en/v/Stowe-.../Stowe/Vermont
