    My DIY Hammock Stand

    Thought I would share some photos of the hammock stand I made about a month ago. Thanks to all that shared their DIY hammock stand projects so I could build mine.

    I like the double clevis connection for the pole. Not sure I've seen that before.

    Actually it is quite portable. Everything is in 6 foot sections.

    i'd like to know more about the way you attach the ridge pole. I ended up using several wraps of paracord but your method is much simpler. How much weight are you putting on that?

    So far easily up to about 250 lbs.
