UPDATE
I need three more t-shirt orders to be at or below the projected cost. I will end the orders, so I can order the t-shirts to be printed on, March 28th. There will be no extras made.

I have already made the payment for half the cost of the t-shirts, so this is going forward - even if I eat some of the cost. I have received some requests to make payment, but I won't accept any until everything is done and finalized. If I can save you 50 cents, I will.

My plan is for people to receive their t-shirts as soon as possible Friday afternoon. Hopefully, this will translate at the trailhead parking lot instead of hiking in with the t-shirts.

As to the t-shrit design, I meet Wed. with the printer to check if everything is all good. The design I look at is Black and white (read up on Silkscreening to find out why). The couple of designs I wanted was going to cost too much because of design charges and inking fees, so we've gone with a cleaner and more simplified look. .... There is a small HH 2010 design over the breast and on the back is an enlarged and modified HF logo over a IN state cutout. This will all go on a colored t-shirt.

Update
I just came from the printer and was estatic! They made a few adjustments to what I had given them and made it look spot on. Today, I had them make a few, very few minor changes, and narrowed the shirt color to two. Also, I gave them sample ink colors to go with, so they can adjust the design. Friday, I am to look at the modifications - THIS SHOULD BE THE LAST MODIFICATION...cross your fingers!

Finally, I WILL ACCEPT ORDERS FOR T-SHIRTS ONLY UNTIL SUNDAY, MARCH 28TH. The next day, everything will be out of my hands completely until I pickup the order a few days before the hang.

You will easily and proudly be recognized as a HF member and a HH 2010 attendee with these shirts.

Mule, I'm not accepting any money yet. I'll put you down and you become the official 30th t-shirt for the minimum pricing to workout. You'll actually be the first to see the final design (cross our fingers) in person since were heading out Saturday. Be honest, you planned to be the 30th didn't you. LOL
