    Whoopie or Webbing

I would like to know what type of suspension everyone is using on the BB or BBXLC?

I use Dutch Ti Cinch Buckles and Dutch Clips on my BB's. A few ounces heavier than whoopies but it goes up faster and everything stays attached to the hammock so I can not forget anything.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

Webbing for me. I’ve had whoopies before and just prefer the simplicity of webbing. Some people say they have difficulty with the webbing / straps but don’t find them to be an issue.

I prefer webbing to whoopies. Use both depending on the hammock but still use webbing on my BB which is the hammock I use the most.

This really seems to come down to personal preference. I started with whoopies, then went to webbing, only to return to whoopies where I've remained for some time.

I'm curious to know your reasons.

I use dyneema straps and tie a Becket hitch to the continuous loops. I like the simplicity even if it means a little more work to get just the right hang.

I started off with a set of whoopies on my BB but I swapped them out with a set of CLs and then hook them to my whoopies with a set of Dutch biners. That way if I run into a closer set of trees, I can go from CL to my straps with a J-Bend. Regular setup is huggers larks head to whoopies (fixed end) then adjustable end to my BB CL with Dutch biners
