Kudos to Dutch,
Today while placing an order on his website, I was unable to use the “one day discount code” for the new Spider Daisy Chain Webbing. I called Dutch and he said to just place the order and the discount would be refunded. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I received an email showing the refund through PayPal. What an outstanding Company and Owner!

I try to be a realist regarding cottage vs. larger manufacturers. Certainly there are advantages either way. But dang, stories like this make me really happy to be a customer of Dutchware (also my own stor(y/ies). Great customer service that would simply not be sustainable for a larger manufacturer. I particularly love Dutchware due to my own recent experiences.

Thanks for spreading the joy! It’s nice to see other happy and satisfied people in this world.

I would like to add some thank you's to Dutch as well. An order is in the near future. I have to help my wife get better from back surgery and then some Dutch ware. She also says "thank you Dutch."
