    Daisy chain dogbone

I doubt I'm the first to ever do this but I haven't seen it before.

I had a spare hank of Zing-It and was passing time on a conference call, so I decided to see if I could put extra loops into a dogbone. It actually worked out, to my surprise. I just used a golf tee to open a large gap to pass the Zing-It through and tossed in a couple locked brummels, and voila! I haven't field tested it, and frankly don't know what I might use it for, but it was an interesting exercise at least.

perfect timing. I was about to experiment with same. I have a Clark NX200 and want to run a structural ridgeline high above for the bugnet and weather shield. I was going to just use pusiks on a dogbone, but thought a loop might be nice. I will probably try one of each and see what I like.

Prussics are great for ridgeline organizers so you can slide it out of the way. But the fixed loop is worth a try.

I've figured out I can larkshead it onto my tree strap, just hanging down along the tree, and use the loops to hang my pack, and a water bag to gravity filter, and another for whatever.
