Hypothetically, would there be any engineering issues associated with building a cold-weather variant of the DH Darien hammock with a solid fabric top cover instead of a bug net?
It occurred to me that the Darien, with its one-sided zipper, might be the perfect platform for an ultralight dedicated winter camping hammock that packs small, using a permanently attached fabric top cover and (perhaps) a small asym vent for views and ventilation at the vertex nearest the occupant's face.
Obviously, this would be a specialized camping hammock, but that is the beauty of Dream Hammock's customization.
Thanks for your consideration.
