    It sure did look cold on this one but beautiful scenery everywhere in the gorge. Thanks for taking us along. Bammacker, which heavy down jacket is that you were wearing in the mornings?

    Even the best laid plans... Looks like ya'll made the best of it.

    Prolly smart not to cross that river. A dunk in that drink and you're in shtf mode.

    Man I got cold just watching... whew! Crossing water is hard when it's cold. I've never tried a cold AND deep water crossing and am not in a hurry to haha! Great trip, and your nephew will be bragging about that to his friends for a long time!

    What a way to remind yourself how alive one is but to be hiking in the cold. However, it had to feel good sleeping in down goodness! Smart move not to cross the river again.
