I'm thinking the asymmetrical would be better in that it would do a better job forming the hammock in the direction of the lay.

Probably a dumb question...do these fit the wide version? Or is there a separate option for those?

    Oh dear.
I used to have a good reason to not be interested in these hammocks.
Now their only "fault" has been fixed.
I have never been able to make up my mind which way I want to lay.
In that regard I used to be indecisive.
Now I am not so sure.

I'm with you on this one. How many people change the way they lay? Well at least with this option you can switch it as often a you like

I know I gravitate to one side too, but my thought is that maybe if you're rotating hammocks between folks it makes sense?

e.g. I am a head right/feet left in the chameleon, but when the boy comes along, I use the Amok and he uses the chameleon as a head left/feet right kinda guy

Imagine sleeping in your hammock and the sun comes up, shining in your face, but you'd like to sleep in. Now you can swing around in your hammock and turn your back to the sun and get more sleep. Genius

Well hell, with that teaser, shall I hold off on pulling the trigger for the Chameleon Wide? Are the future additions going to be add-on's or is there a new generation of the Chameleon coming out?
