If the forecast doesn't change for Sunday (thunderstorms all day) should we make a day trip down the river Saturday and hang at Laurel Mill Saturday night or not at all?
Its up to you guys and gals, report I saw said scattered showers at 50% chance but I'm a bad weather magnet.

I'm optimistic that the weather will turn in our favor, but having a back-up plan is never a bad idea. Haven't been to Laurel Mill before, but that sounds fine with me.

Fifteen hour workday messed with the ability to prep today. I am off tomorrow and depending on how long it takes to get ready I may try to come Friday night if anyone can recommend a site. Otherwise we will leave around 4:30-5:00a to get there around 10am.
Still have a feeling like I am going to forget something.
Seems like that Laurel Mill area is only about a 7 minute drive from Country Squirrel Outfitters, if you're looking to camp Friday night near Ridgway. https://goo.gl/maps/mJpjboMZA6v

I’m crapping out because of rain but i couldn’t remove us from the spreadsheet
Sunday's weather hasn't wavered from scattered thunderstorms. Saturday changes by the hour. As long as the radar looks good Saturday I'm in for a day trip. Country Squirrel says its not a problem to change our pick up day.
last I looked Thunderstorms are supposed to hold off Sunday until late afternoon, but Laurie and I are rain magnets.
You can camp anywhere in the national forest (west of Ridgway and north of Clarion River). Laurel Mills is nice, I'd expect to see people hiking tho, this is the busiest camping weekend of the year.
Still playing it by ear, on one hand I really want to camp with the group and catch up, but I remember what its like out there this weekend (we stopped camping Memorial Day because too many people) was hoping the river would be less populated. Guess we'll figure it out tomorrow.
I have nothing ready, been working over 8 hrs every night this week, working tonight, hoping my *** gets up in the morning...

Looks like Sunday isn’t going to cooperate.
I’m going to change the pickup to this evening. See everyone soon!
