Spending Windy Day Binging on UGQ TV

So, I think it's lucky timing that today's work closure due to the Nor'easter coincided with my UGQ order being processed. I knew from the queue it would likely be today, so I had UGQ TV on the corner of my screen while doing other things, until I finally saw the fabric I knew was mine.

My family thought I was nuts. "But, it's MINE," I told them, with a little insanity in my voice. "How can you be so sure?" they asked. "Because it's buffalo plaid and robin's egg, that's why!"

I will NOT be confusing the edge of this UQ as my hammock.

Stay safe with these winds, everyone.

Yes, I totally need one of those. Actually, I wouldn't get any work done, so maybe not a good idea. Already kicking myself about some things I probably should have accomplished today.

I didn't know about this UGQ TV until recently
I eagerly await being able to watch Missy sew up my tarp! Glad I'm not the only one.

UGQ TV is such a clever idea. Aside from giving a glimpse into this cottage manufacturing process, it just ratchets up the excitement for your oder to be fulfilled.

I got the email the other day that my order had moved to production, and so I’ve been tuned in a bit over the last few days… (streaming to my phone on a cradle at my desk at work). I watched someone working on my quilt earlier today and can’t deny the increase in anticipation, haha. Combine that with the order queue so you can see where you are in the list… great stuff.

    Can’t wait!

I bought a Bandit and Zeppelin set as an anniversary gift for my wife with one of the paisley patterns and tuned in to UGQTV sporadically through the manufacturing process. Having a printed fabric or unique color combo definitely helps to ensure positive identification so you really know when yours is being worked on. I nabbed a bunch of screengrabs and shared those with my wife too, just to sweeten the pot.

And those little doggies running around or lounging on the couch are pretty cute, too!

Can't really say enough good things about the fine folks at UGQ.

Get those Apple glasses and you can go about your day while watching UGQ and Porch Cams. Maybe you can start a trend....

...And I'll get some stock in Advil.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
