Help with my new 20 degree Bud UQ?

I got a 20 degree down UQ in January. It's fantastic - a huge step up from the synth. One I was using.

I feel like I could do a better job dialing it in, though. Should there be cordlocks on the primary suspension? There doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it up.

Depending on the length of your hammock and length of your under quilt you may have to loop the shock cord around the gathered end of the hammock to tighten the primary suspension. See Shugs youtube video and look at around the 7:26 mark where he shows this technique.

I add grosgrain loops to the corner of mine. Allows for Prussic knots or secondary suspension. Easily done and works great!

I added Dutches quilt hangers to take up any slack on the main suspension. I also use a piece of scrap shock cord to tie to the loops on each side and go over my ridgeline to snug it up to my bottom. It works for me.
