I think we're coming up the friday, and hitting up Blondies, then out to the site saturday. hoping to see a wide range of hammocks

hey, is there anything specific you'd want anyone to bring to this?

I mean, obviously each person would bring their hammock setup, and stuff to make eating happen

potluck type stuff? or just general snack and share?

As far as eating goes, last year we all just worried about the main courses ourselves. Then had snacks etc around the camp fire. No potluck planned but I can put it out there and see what others think

Don't count on having a campfire this year. Everything is so dry we've had fires breaking out from sparks caused by stones hitting mower blades. There are fire bans pretty much everywhere, though maybe it will rain by then.

Hope to stay over this year, maybe try out the bridge hammock.

Hopefully we get some rain soon. There are lots of fire bans in place at the moment, it’s crazy dry here. But the gov website lists Birdshill where fires are permitted in approved pits between 8pm & 8am

I think we will be ok but definitely need to exercise caution.

So far there is a good crowd. It looks like it might rain Saturday so maybe some will decide not to come last minute.

I didn’t get much interest/feedback on the potluck idea so plan to supply your own food and if some want to share then that’s cool too.
