Hammock gear shout out!

I ordered part of my new winter setup on Friday the 23rd. A econ incubator 0 long, super excited and counting down the days till its in my hand. On Monday late evening I noticed I had an email from Harry (hammock gear) stating I had an anniversary coupon since its been a year since I ordered my econ incubator 30. And I thought man that timing sucks just a few days late. I emailed them with my order number and they said no problem. And I received a refund in less then 10hrs. Now that is great customer service and I look forward to future business with you guys!

Harry is quite simply, the best customer service person I’ve ever encountered. ALL of my future top quilts, friends top quilts will come from HG for Harry’s attention and service alone...besides the fact that their quilts are simply amazing.

Harry is awesome. Very quick in responding with all around great customer service.
