Burrow redesign

I was just looking at the "in Stock" section and noticed the Burrow has a new design. Are these just proto types or is this the new design? I was just wondering since the non in stock versions still have the old designs on the site. Are the pictures for the custom ones just not updated to reflect the new changes?

i did a keyword search for "design" on this subforum and the last time they announced a design change was in 10/2017 when they removed d-rings from the burrows. if these are the new burrow designs, i may have to sell all my burrows and buy these new ones.

It looks like the econ is the old style and the premium burrows have a new design. Wish they'd call these burrow premium and ditch the econ tag

that's the thing, on their site this new design is only shown on the "in stock" page.

Great question! I’ve been meaning to email Hammock Gear / Harry to ask but haven’t yet. The “new” design looks great and the zipper “option ?” for the foot-box looks great too. Later this year I’ll order my 4th Hammock Gear top quilt, 10’ and hope to incorporate all of the new features.

I've heard that the snaps were an issue (came undone too easily) and the new redesign moves to a zipper.

Snaps on mine are super solid. Almost afraid i'm going to tear the fabric open when i want to unsnap them.

My snaps come apart a little too easy sometimes. But I do move my legs around more than most I think.
