I got into a "Bushcraft" kick several years ago and bought a bunch of bugout bag type items. These have mostly lined the bottom of a rubbermaid bin in my gear closet since then. See if these are something you can use.
Bota of Boulder fleece sleeping bag/liner. Should fit OK to about 6' but definitely snug beyond that. A handy way to add a bit of warmth to a winter bag or use alone in the summer. 1lb 5oz on the kitchen scale. $15 shipped USPS.

UK Surplus GoreTex Bivy. No fuss, no muss, no zipper. Just a big bag of goretex fabric with a hood and drawstring closure. Never used by me. Should add some warmth and keep the dew/spray off your bag but I wouldn't want to lay out in a downpour (who would??). Nearly 8' long so it should fit about anyone you know. 1lb 14oz on the kitchen scale. More pics above under bag liner. $15 shipped USPS.

Eastern Mountain Sports Stuff Sack. I'm not sure which size this is but it will swallow up about any sleeping bag I own. I used this before to cram two summer bags for the kids inside and help keep the bulk down for paddling trips. They've outgrown those bags so this stuffsack just takes up room. Built of heavy duty material (nylon/polyester). The waterproofing is starting to peel. The inside bottom seam is covered with crossgrain. Definitely not a lightweight though. 10oz on the kitchen scale. $8 USPS
