    Ridge reaper tensioners

Just got my ridge reaper’s yesterday and was wondering which end people are installing as the head. At first I tried with the tensioners at the foot end but it seemed like it was a very tight fit. I flipped it around with the tensioners at the head and of the ridge runner and it seems to fit better this way. Anyone else had the same experience?

The tensioners go to the foot end. They should be reasonably snug. You can loosen them up if need be, but I like them snug.

I could’ve been more clear on my first post. The tightness I was referring to was tightness between the head end spreader bars. It almost made the quilt feel structural as if it was bearing weight and I was nervous that maybe it wasn’t supposed to be that tight. It was actually kind of hard to clip the bieners.
