+1 on Mountain Goat! I have 3 of my tarps in their skins. My most recent skin was from Hammock Gear because I wanted a single. Did not know until I followed your link that Kat makes singles as well.
I think "Snakeskin" is a registered name by Hennessy. A few years ago Tom Hennessy sued another company for offering "Snakeskins", because the name was and/or the design was patened. The courts upheld Hennessy's rights.
Get a Lazy Slug or Python etc. They are all tapered tubes.
I second this. I got the ones with the pocket for the ridgeline, love them. Fastest shipping of any vendor I've ever used.
