Put your HH in snakeskins. If you're concerned with keeping things dry, use a pack liner or a compactor bag.

I was using snake skins on my hyperlite since I got it. I love being able to chuck it out, no worries of wet ground tainting my good nights sleep. I marked the head end with dots of orange nail polish.

That being said I was in my first serious thunderstorm this weekend. Blowing, torrential, all night long. I find it VERY easy to get even just a bit of moisture from the lines inside the snake skins.

I just made myself a "black bishop bag" out of the original stuff sack the hennessy came in. Should be lighter and easier to keep water out of, and just about as convenient when setting up over wet ground. Will have to do a real trip for a true assessment but for now I think i like it more.

EDIT: Obviously, like most things hammock, it's mostly preference. Double ended stuff sack is another option.
