SHT conditions near Grand Marais? - May 2018

My spouse has reason to be in Grand Marais this weekend which means, I could have my own private shuttle!

Anyone been on the trail near Grand Marais yet this spring? It is finally spring, right?

I was at Temperance River last weekend, up to Carlton Peak. Trail was mostly dry, a bit of mud but in pretty good condition overall. We had our boot cleats with us and there were only one or two areas where we could have put them on, we didn't and made it out alive You'll have a fantastic weekend!
