Introducing Prym1 Licensed Camo - Fabric, Webbing, DIY Kits

Over two years ago we started OutdoorINK with an eye towards creating things that never existed for the hammock and greater outdoor community. One idea that we've always been working towards was bringing high-end, licensed camo patterns to market in lighter, specialty materials for both the DIY maker and vendor making finished gear.

We've told you about A-TACs already, and today we're very proud to add to that list. Allow me to introduce Prym1 camo...

    Prym1 camo.jpg

While Prym1 may not yet be a household name like A-TACs, Realtree, or Multicam, they're an upstart brand making waves with a different approach to camo design. Unlike many camo brands that use features like trees and leaves to blend into a specific environment, Prym1 uses organic shapes that mimic natural predators in the wild.

On top of the core pattern design, Prym1 has put significant effort into creating over 20+ color variants tailored to specific applications, environments, or simply your taste. Brights like Mahi and Shore Line for Fishing, High Country and White Out for altitude hunting, and many more.

Fortunately, the process of color matching Prym1 was not as involved as the A-TACs, so we're ready to launch NOW and bring you several different products immediately:

    1. Ready to Ship, stock fabric - Now that we're licensed to print, we can own the supply chain and run these high-end patterns on our high-end fabric/materials right here in-house as we need to. We've selected two of the patterns (Multi-Purpose and Woodlands) to begin running in bulk and stocking in several fabrics just like any of our other camos (Multicam, A-TACs, etc). In addition to no lead time, running these patterns in bulk allows us to lower the price to you. Other color variants and fabrics will be added to this stock list over time as well.

    M15 - Prym1 Camo

    1.0 oz Noseeum Mesh - Prym1 Camo

    2. Print On-Demand - If you want a color variant that isn't currently stocked, we've solved that problem too. Simply visit our Prym1 Print On-Demand page to select from ALL our current print fabrics (11 and counting) and ANY of the 20+ Prym1 color variants. My favorites are the Voltage and Wave . We'll print your order custom just for you in a few short days and ship it out.

    3. DIY Kits and Webbing - This one is COMING SOON, but we're very close. As a sneak peek, here's a look at Voltage and Shore Line in 1" poly webbing....

We're really excited to get this going and for the pics to start rolling in for DIY projects and vendor products! To showcase both, we're also starting a dedicated gallery page on the site today. We have some pics of printed fabric already and I would expect to see some finished gear in a couple patterns very soon as well.

As always, thanks for your support of what we do!!!! Let us know if there are questions or if we can help in any way. Have a great day!

Since I am not allowed to touch her sewing machines I shouldn't get too excited about this, but I am! I see my dear wife doing some specialty work sometime very soon, my only fear is that I have to double the order.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

Working on it! The webbing is really incredible in this pattern. Hard part is deciding on a color....

Finishing the week with a new DIY zipper pouch wallet.... Also realized I really haven’t been sewing much lately we’ve been so busy. I think I’ll change that

    Have a great weekend everyone!

How does it look as a tarp? It seems like the pattern is a bit small and repetitive for that. How large is the repeat?

I wouldn’t recommend the current embodiment for a tarp as the repeat is purposely smaller at 12.5” square.

See if you could request a larger pattern from them. This could potentially look great on a tarp!

I have a new Dream Hammock on order utilizing several variants of the pattern. On something like hammocks and quilts, it should look great. What I really want is a Tenkara pack out of this.
I’ll be sure to post a lot of photos and maybe even a video once I have the hammock in hand.

Quick update to my last post here. I posted a bunch of photos over in the Dream Hammock sub forum here: https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...-Prym1-Sparrow

The pattern looks amazing on hammock. I'll try to get some in the woods shots soon.
