    Nope - not unless you want the V on the Wasp end. You can easily make a V with the Wasp, but otherwise, just attach the Wasp close to the tree.

    I keep my dutch flyz as close to the tarp as possible, that way I always have a nice V and if I need to re adjust the position of the flyz, no big deal.

    Looks like a nail. In Algonquin Provincial Park where I frequently go, there are very often nails left in trees by previous "campers". Oh and you can also often find an assortment of abandoned grills. Though these come in handy I wish people would show more consideration for the park.

    Yes. Normally I would be irritated by this, but it's in an area that used to be owned by a logging company with dozens of cabins. Now it's state land. You can find all kinds of debris and random junk scattered around, so I'm not blaming campers. But who knows.
