How many vehicles can park at the Short? It looks like it’s shaping up to be a used car lot.

We've had about 10 at one time. This included a couple of cars from some other campers that weren't with us.
Also, parking at Pat's Island is done with a shuttle to and from Hidden Pond Short for those that arrive together. Leave a car at Hidden Pond Short and take the others to Pat's Island and hike in from there. This is probably the prettiest hike into Hidden Pond.

Should be enough for 8 comfortably parked.
At either location, the road is wide enough to park on the side, next to the lots, if needed. Of course, it's always best to try not to park there.
If 2 cars are parked at Hidden Pond Short and both of you are staying the same duration, park behind the first car. Just make sure your both in agreement to do this. Only do this at Hidden Pond Short and not at Pat's Island.

I will be hiking in on the Short. If I can get out there before it gets dark I’ll be there Friday evening. If not than Saturday late morning.
