I agree. They have been very prompt in getting things to me. I was waiting on an order when the e mail response I received told me about the fire.

the paint wouldn't decrease the amount of bite the ridges have with the rope would it?

I have tested them and I can see any decrease in the amount of bit the ridges have on the rope. I also sprayed it really thin so...

WoW thos are expensive at REI for the black ones $5. I have the silver. ALthough I like the look of the black Possibly with the silver if they are dropped on the ground it may be easier to find them possibly.

i am putting a dayglo tracer string on mine, (also dutch clips, tent stakes and etc- I lose a lot of stuff in the leaves this time of year...) gotta use up that pink mason line anyway. KM
