Was the hook supposed to come with a cord lock? Mine didn’t. Dutch sells his with the cord lock.

Cord lock won't really fit on an amsteel Ridgeline, plus they've got set knots on the ends. You can just halfway derail the hook and that will keep it from sliding. I need to post a quick video of this I've just been busy. You could also use a rubberband or probably a bunch of other methods, it doesn't take much to keep it from sliding out of position

I didn’t order one for my BB. I ordered it for a different hammock. If you’re going to sell them without the cord lock (which is mentioned on the instruction card) you should probably put a noticeable disclaimer on the product page. It’s leading to market confusion. I would not have ordered from WB if I knew there was no cord lock included as I was specifically look for the cord lock. I didn’t want to mess around trying to find one that fit.

Then to have customer service tell me to ask Mr. Hook for one since WB didn’t stock them was disappointing. I’ve purchased a BB, Edge, and Superfly and always had a positive experience. This was uncharacteristic.

We didnt get any cordlocks in our shipment of hooks, not sure if our normal cordlocks fit or not, ill check tomorrow and if so i'll mail you one of those. Otherwise i'll have hangtime hook mail you one. Sorry About that.

Thanks. I’ve spoken to Mr. Hook. He was going to mail me one. Not sure if he has. I’m mentioning as a suggestion to add a note on your item page to save potential future customers the confusion.
