Changing my plans and going to the cabin loop Going to start at pinchot trail-head. Maybe a small loop not sure if I want to do the whole thing yet, If anyone wants to come lets set this up. Just know that I am a beginner Hiker/backpacker and might be a little slow. I have car camped and been hunting a lot. Just never wore a pack to go. could be fun and meeting new friends would be nice since I really have only one friend outside of my job would be nice to meet some cool people to do more hiking with.

It's a great hang and you will meet some local Arizonians who might want to join you.

Those dates may actually work for me (I'm retired). I put it on my calendar. I haven't done the Cabin Loop in 10 years, it'd be nice to get back out and see it again and that's a great time of year to go. I do have a wedding to attend in Sedona the weekend before, and that could drag out and require me to bail or start a little late.

I don't mind hiking slow/short distances, I do a lot of that with the Tucson Backpacking Meetup group. I just like to get out into the woods.

Ping me about a week before the hike if I do not reach out to you so we can sync up.
