Plans change. I will get there early Saturday and stay till Sunday. My contribution to dinner is on the spreadsheet. Thanks for organizing this.

UGH! My work schedule just changed at the last minute and I'm not gonna be able to make it...... YET AGAIN !! I was all packed and ready to go too. Man being in management sucks sometimes doesn't it? I was supposed to bring the coveted coffee, can someone pick up my slack? Sorry guys, I was super stoked to finally get back down there and hang out with everyone again. If something changes and I can sneak out early tomorrow I'll head on down and just do one night. I've already got the car packed and ready to go too. I hope everyone has a great time! Make sure you post plenty of pics and trip reports so I can live vicariously through you! Also, I'm having another Mason Dixon Trail Hike and hang sometime early next month if anyone is interested, there's a thread in the NE sub-forum. Hopefully I can see some of you then! ~ Chesapeake

Sorry you can’t make it Chesapeake. Unfortunately, I’m not a coffee drinker...which means I’m a lousy coffee maker. I’ll check out the hike and hang next month though!
About to head out myself. Truck is all packed up. See everyone soon!

Now I'm even more bummed, I just saw that the overnight low for tomorrow night is 28° down there !!! If I can't make it I know I'll definitely be hanging here a home that's for sure! I really hope I can figure out a way to come!

Definitely do, we have a great time. I think we're are gonna be doing some light maintenance work on a roughly 3 mile section. Nothing too involved, just trimming branches and painting blazes so we can close off both ends of the old section to start using the new. Afterwards, we head back to my place and hang either right on the beach by the pier from some metal poles that are by chance the perfect height and distance apart for hammocks or across the street in the Ponderosa pine grove that used to be a campground years ago. Jellyfish usually makes us dutch oven sourdough pizza for dinner and Tigglet makes French toast or pancakes for breakfast Sunday morning. We were gonna do it next weekend, but Im moving it to December so more people can come. So yeah, if your interested just keep an eye on the thread and let me know when the best weekend for you is. The one that's best for the most people will be the one we choose and we'll go from there. Hope to see ya then!

Getting a late start here. Tried to get off half day at work wound up working a little later than expected. I guess I’m going to be setting up in the dark again this year. Any trees left? Someone with a site to share?

Thank you Jim and other folks who made this happen.
Definitely enjoyed it, and was definitely great seeing y'all again & meeting some new folks too!
Woods TV & campfire 'chat' was excellent, and I'm STILL grinning/chuckling a bit... Looking forward to next time!
