Well you've probably read all the nice things about dealing with Paul ... well let me tell you first hand it's true.

Placed an order with him today via my iPhone and shortly afterwards he emailed to confirm I'd ordered correctly ... which I hadn't ... on that little screen I should have not been in such a hurry and read the description about the quantity per unit. Anyway ... he's adjusted it and putting my order through.

Dang I wish you could get that kind of service in the real world!

Way to go ARROWHEAD EQUIPMENT!

I just got some Whoopie Slings, tarp line, and toggles from him. He helped me quite a bit sorting out what parts I would need for the project I was working. And the stuff came fast too.

I ordered gear at lunch time yesterday. I got the notice the order had been shipped a couple of hours later.

I just got my KAQ "Lost River" with the insultex upgrade. I haven't got a chance to try it out and take some pics. Paul customized it for me with a different color other then the camo. I went with Iggy Green and it looks great! Great workmanship! Paul was very fast with emails and the order got to me faster then I could ever imagine.

The coolest thing he did was write "no wife" all over the box he mailed to me. That was so cool because I didn't want my wife to go near it! Oh, wait I'm being informed he wrote "no knife" Oh, well! Hey, this thing came with a mesh storage bag and also a stuff bag. I like!

I'm very impressed with your service and workmanship Paul. I'll post a pic or two after the weekend when I try it.
