Love a winter hang. I would be up for it
I would definitely be interested, especially if there are other fun things to do there such as hiking or boating. I like to at least try to pretend I am working off the calories I will be eating and drinking that weekend! I like the idea of later August, Late fall is fine too. Winter is fine, but if there is a storm I am not likely to drive in it. What side of Lake George? So far to Lake George from my house it says it is 2 hours 45 minutes. (Likely less the way I drive)! I will see you at the L and L and I can find out more then. Thanks Justin!
I'm interested. I'll keep an eye out for more information.
I love swimming in Lake George when it is hot. I was just there 21-24 July hanging at Rogers Rock Campground, a DEC campsite. The place is so nice, and hammock friendly. Also recommend Paradox and Schroon Lake. It is a hike, but it is worth it to be away from "civilization."
I'm interested. My 4 year old (as of 2019) would love to come too!
Very interested, I may have one to two additional people as well!
As someone one who has hosted many hangs, it doesn't matter when you schedule it, it will always conflict with something else for someone. Choose a date and go ahead and schedule the hang, post the information, cost, earliest you can arrive, latest you can stay, water availability, restrooms availability ( very important for many lady hanger ), parking, family friendly or not, meal planning ect.
Good Luck
