Putnam Pond campground is a nice spot. Lots of possibilities for hikes and boating.

NEHHA has group events much closer than that.

Where do they have them? I haven’t seen anything much closer.

    Massachusetts.
I've been to a couple over the past couple of years. Once in the spring, and once in the fall. They also have one in the winter I think.

I would definitely want to join. I assume ground dwellers are welcome for the event as well? I would have a friend that might be interested to come with me, but he is a tent camper. Id prefer Fall personally. Also, if the property would have an easy way to get a kayak to the water that would be perfect. Love to fish on extended trips if possible.

I'm now living in upstate NY, so I'm interested in anything occurring in NY, VT, NH, MA, CT, etc.
The camping hammock lends luxurious comfort and solitude to that which would otherwise be a vulgar frolic in the dirt.

Well it looks like I will roll 2 weeks vacation over to next year and will have 3 more accumulating. I'll be there!! Alone unless a dog is welcome?
