Dutch's BBB Rating

Could they possibly be disgruntled members here that just want to post complaints?
Names are included in reviews and are not included in complaints.

It seems that Dutchware now knows that responding is in their interest. The status is 'answered'.
But, I still see the BBB as unimportant in the whole picture.

Sooooo... The BBB called me today. They were so happy about all of the traffic and reviews lately about our company that they wanted to let us know we were qualified to be an accredited BBB company! After 5 minutes on the phone and a full sales pitch she ended with... "and you monthly cost, which is based on the number of employees you have, will be....." LOL.

No Thanks... We'll pass...

Allison assured me that 'when I said that', in an email, I did not understand what the BBB is all about.
