Yes, I got and replied to the email. When the exchange was over, I forwarded it to [email protected] and they forwarded it along to Dutch. I think we may be making an impact

I closed my business about 10 years ago and I still get notices from the BBB about joining them. IMO they are a bunch of cr##ks.

The BBB site still does not show the 'other' reviews.
I replied to the verification email and I saw this on the confirmation page.

Ha! That's awesome. I saw the rating and just figured they gave a D+ for Dutch Plus! Only logical explanation. Hope the flood of positive reviews gets the rating back to where it should be.
