I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the cottage industry leaders represented here, as well as the HF.net hammock community in general.

It's probably more often the case than not that the business leaders here all go out of their way to provide not only great products, but more importantly, a personal service from which the rest of the business world could take a lesson.

That said, I'd like to publicly thank Tom Claytor from Mosquito Hammock, the legendary Ed Speer, Paul Gibson from AHE, Brandon from Warbonnet Outdoors, 2Q/ZQ, Seth Haber from Trek Light, the forum creators, forum admins, and to my other friends here on HF.net from whom I've learned volumes of information. I know I've left someone out. My apologies...

it is pretty freaking neat to exchange emails with the owner of the company/the worker putting your equipment together. it kind of gives me a sense of ownership over the product and makes me feel good inside. it's a feeling i rarely get when purchasing other things
