There recently been ads on FB selling this style hammock for under $30. I think the site finally was shut down.

Thanks for the video Shug! After seeing all of the features I will now order mine next week while it is on pre-sale. The redesigned foot box is a big plus for me as I seem to struggle to get my giant feet in & out of the Draumr 3.0 version. Like the ridge line inside of the bug net also.
But....April 2019 seems so far away...

The ridgeline inside the bug net allows for nights like this - movie night in the hammock in the wild!
Now, a lot of people are going to ask, "What the heck is that?"

It's a Morse Code learning diagram. If you follow the dahs & dits it will teach you Morse code. Example - sound out 3 dits by following the diagram & you get the letter S. Two dits and a dah is the letter U. Amok's name is at the top in Morse code: . _ (A) _ _ (M) _ _ _ (O) _ . _ (K)

I was doing that in the early spring to watch hockey playoffs a couple years ago, no bug net required

Amoks can be pitched on ground........https://flic.kr/s/aHsmqF37Td
Keep in mind that if damaged it will void the warranty. So use a ground cloth.
I had to shorten my ridgeline as it sags and to hold up bug-net. Just wrap the ridgeline around a small biner.
Will need two extra stakes to pitch on ground.

XL footbox definitely works better on ground than the 3.0.
I've made it work on ground before, but found that you needed some tension on the hammock to get some separation on the footbox seam right at your shins...
