    Hi Laura,

Many people pack up on Sunday morning and leave before lunch. Some hang out for a little longer and take in the beauty. You are more than welcome to chill with us for the morning around the campfire and maybe sneak in a hike afterward and leaf peep. We would love to have you come either way.

You can purchase tickets Saturday evening during the dinner at the pavilion. It's a cash thing, so bring your paper.

Of course! We welcome all hangers and ground dwellers alike and we are so glad you're interested.

I am used to the one bag per item "Chinese" style from L&L where you drop tickets on what you are interested in winning, but I know some places just pull the ticket for all the individual items from one big bag, one-at-a-time...
    Hey ya Flash,

In years past we've pulled one ticket at a time using tier tables (much like HangCon). Dutch enjoys doing it that way.

Oh, and we really enjoyed the Lobs & Light raffle you put on the other week. Such a stellar event. Thanks for all you do for the hammocking community!!

My wife and I are coincidentally going to be camping there on the same weekend!

We are avid campers but haven't made the switch to hammock camping just yet and I would really appreciate a chance to put eyes on some of the different equipment before we start making purchases. Any particular day/time that we could walk by? Probably grab a couple raffle tickets as well if that's OK, definitely want to support something like this and we/I will for sure be attending once I get hammocking gear together (next year hopefully).

    Thanks!

Your timing is perfect. Pretty much all day Saturday people will be up and about between the camp sites and the Pavillion. Last year was my first ever hang and several veteran hangers allowed me to try out their hammocks and showed me their setups.

So just stroll on by (I would suggest walking from the family sites, parking at the group area will be crowded on Saturday) and say hi and someone is bound to say hi and walk you thru the area.

I have been following, hoping to attend!, but JUST got a 'jury duty' notification!!
'... ######!....' I'm always inspired to see everyone's setups. Still hoping the court
case is quick and easy! I'd be a last minute sign-er-upper, if it's okay, and there are
    still some trees left :-)

We hope it works out for you to stop by. Be packed and ready just in case! It’s sure to be a wonderful time.

Is there a deadline to sign up? With my work schedule it might be a day or 2 beforehand decision. If the group sites are full, are there other sites at the park I could book and then just meet up with everyone for the activities?
