@Dutch. Any word on being able to order the Tato stand bags separately?

Tensa Outdoor recently started shipping the tarp extensions add-on for the Tensa4 stand.

On the fence. Reading all the threads and great things about both. A little nervous about all the comments on how the Tensa takes figuring out to get it set just right. I do like the smaller footprint though. The Tensa has a 13' ridge line so the total length must be a few more feet with the tripods. Guess I'll keep reading.

They both are really great stands. They just do it in different ways. I think where the tato shines is it is almost intuitive how to set it up. The Tensa is incredibly light. I have both and I will take one or the other depending on how important weight and size matters.

I recently went on a 10 day roadtrip with my parents, where they slept in their RV and I slept in my hammock with the Tato stand. I've been meaning to do a short write-up on it with pictures. As a summary though, the stand generally worked very well, though definitely make sure to stake the stand down, especially when you are camping on gravel on a slight slope!
