My wife and I are planning a big backpacking trip soon and she decided to buy a TQ, not just for the trip but for future use as well. I gave her a list of vendors to look at and let her be. She decided on another very popular vendor and emailed them questions on the product and the ETA and didn't hear back from them. They dont have a telephone number...so she gave up after about 5 days and then got a bit nervous about pushing the ETA too far out. So I strongly recommend she look at your site. She did and found your ready to ship selection. She ordered the TQ and it came in within a week. That still gave us a few weeks to spare!

She did get that email from the other vendor but it was too late...this one was on the way. I dont want to call out the other vendor...but I am proud of you guys for coming through her/us.

I love my bandit and UGQ. I got a ready to ship for my birthday last year, noticed one of the snaps had come undone, and they had me send it back and fixed it no charge. The total turn around time of sending it in and back was within a week. They have been great and have answered any questions I have in a timely manner. I plan to get a tarp from them next
