Probably not a bad idea if you are going to hike in nearby woods.

There is no refrigeration or freezeration at Sertoma. It's all up to coolers and bags of ice. Ice is not available on site so you'll want to fill up before you arrive. We may have to organize some ice runs.

On the upside....

There are plenty of service tables and picnic tables, so we won't need folks to bring extra tables after all.

I'm bringing a Yeti that will be mostly empty Thursday night after cooking chili and what's remaining can and will be frozen. If someone wants to pick up Dry Ice Friday or Saturday from Publix it can be used as a small freezer. It's not a large yeti so limited space.

Edit:

Forgot to mention Gator was purchased and I got enough that it'll be 100% gator chili and not mixed with wild boar.

Yep, I'm in the area Juan, never fear. Did you really think I would mess up my attendance streak? Gumbo is currently making me dinner, Hangcon, at least for me, has begun.
