    Howdy Folks

    Hello hammock hangers!

    Long time lurker, long time hanger from the SE. Ive been a member at the sister site (WhiteBlaze) since 2012 and thought I might as well contribute and be active on this site as well.

    Current setup: Darien Dream hammock, Whoopie sling suspension with Dutch goodies, Warbonnet edge tarp, Warbonnet 3/4 yeti underquilt, Golite 3 season topquilt

    I thru hiked the JMT this August (btw you can totally hang along the entire trail, the exception maybe being Guitar Lake) and have walked Springer to Partnership shelter in VA minus the Smokies. Althought Ive done many trips into the Smokies, just never on the At....not a shelter kinda guy.
