I’m headed to the store for last minute ingredients for Barbacoa. Then I’ll be slow cooking it to deliciousness. Since we have Spanish themed meats, maybe just appetizers/desserts for anyone else. Also all other meals are on your own. I heard Goobienis making breakfast for us on Sat though. WooHoo!

I added to the spreadsheet, I'm planning to make a dessert item (probably some sort of cookie).
I've got crackers, summer sausage, and cheese for appetizers. I've also got doughnuts and OJ for a breakfast and nutty bars for a little sugar kick whenever you need it. Oh, and granola bars so you can feel like you ate responsibly!

Probably clear for Saturday evening, Friday is not looking good but should mean no work on Saturday so hopefully I'll get an early start.

I may have to take my daughter straight to mom after our visit so I was wondering if anyone could give me insight on how dirty she will get on the hike in. Anyone know the quality of the trails or how muddy they are? Both from overnight parking and from day parking?

It’s a wide, crushed gravel road. I don’t think there are puddles so you should be in the clear. Campground will be soft and possibly muddy but shouldn’t be much more then a wipe of the shoes.
