What knot is this?

I am looking to attach LineLoc3s to my tipi. In tying cord to connect the tent loop to the LinLoc3, I saw a loop I like in post #32 of the attached link. I understand connecting the cord to the LineLoc3 but how was the other loop achieved to connect to the tent loop?

That would be a basic lark's head.It looks they made a loop and lark's headed both ends.

me tinks i see a hand tied knot peeking out from the top right hand side of the loop where it attaches to the tent tie out point

if that is truly the case then the 1st attachment would have been to the black tensioning accessory

and the 2nd attachment coud be easily tied to the tent tie out point

I tried a number of different options and here’s what I ended up doing. I took the 3mm Glowire and made a Lark’s Head knot on the LineLok3. That left me with two lines which I tied a Fisherman’s knot. Then I tied another Lark's Head know at through the tent loop. Here is what it looks. I used 12″ of Glowire.
