Stand for paired hammocks?

At least two vendors have worked on pairing hammocks for "togetherness" hanging. One issue is finding the right size tarp. That's one concern, but I have another. My question is: Has anyone done any work on a hammock stand for this configuration?

I know the Tensa4 can be modularly expanded to accommodate up to six separate hangers, but that's not the same idea. Wondering if some variation of it, or any other stand, could be made to fit this niche?

I haven't tried the tensa yet but the Tato stand will work.

I'm thinking about getting a Tensa4 for a trip in December. But I don't know if I'll use it enough to justify the purchase.

One thing I want to do regardless is get a Double Dutch setup for my young son and me, and I was wondering the same thing; would a Tensa4 work? I thought what I would do is get two spreader bars, one head end and one foot end, and perhaps very short straps, maybe 3-4 feet, with Beetle Buckles, two pair. I have a lot of those bits already, so if I get the stand it wouldn't be that much extra to try it.

I think clearance might be an issue. Each hanger will be offset from center and closer to each pole. It might actually position your back right over a Tensa pole; I don't know, but I've been giving it some thought lately.

Re Tensa4 and dual hammocks, I don't know the answer, having not used that setup. There is certainly potential for the spreader to interfere with the poles. I just don't know whether there's a workaround. It CAN work with a bridge hammock (WBRR), which has somewhat similar issues, though, so there is hope.

Jerry at the Chili hang had a very nice custom pipe stand rig that fit his double rig.
He even had his tarp and jeep color coordinated for maximum style points.

Not sure of his screen name but might be worth looking up.

I believe it's a chimera double hammock they were using.
