    Hi From Sussex England

    Hi all.

I’m a Bushcraft instructor and general outdoor enthusiast having grown up in the beautiful Sussex countryside of the South Downs National Park.

I used to hammock in an original Hennessy but really preferred the ground. A recent Exped to Finland where pitches for tents were hard to come by has made me reconsider hanging.

I recently purchased a Amok Draumr 3.0 with tarp and sleep pad. Irritatingly my self inflating mats don’t work with the Amok.

I have yet to try it out. Will get back to with my thoughts.

Welcome to the forums. YouTube videos of the Dramur are plentiful, including several by Shrug. The HYOH podcast guys recently interviewed the Amok folks too, and that's worth a listen at hyohpodcast.com.
    "...the height of hammock snobbery!"

We don’t do politics but Bexit is madness.

Lots of DD hammocks here and Hennessy.

Welcome from Kansas. The south of England is some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen. Good times.
