Every year we run a Black Friday sale and every year we get blown away with orders. It really doesn't work well for us because we are set up to ship a maximum of 120 orders per day. Last year we got 600 orders behind and it took a long time to get caught up so we can ship with our fast ship practices. It happens when my staff wants to spend time with their families but instead we have to work overtime. Also everyone knows we are going to do a sale so sales drop for the month before. I think we can do this better and this year I am going to try something different. We have goals of reducing our inventory and you have goals of saving as many of your hard earned dollars as you can while letting our employees spend time with their families. So this year I am going to run fall sales the month of November with a different sale every week.

We so not do many sales though the year so this is a great time to pick up an item if you are looking for it. It will probably never be this price again. There will be more sales all month.
