I’m hoping this sale was a success not just in orders but in accomplishing your goal of spreading orders out a bit and giving the staff time to not be too overwhelmed all the way up to Christmas.

Thank you, Dutch, for all that you do for us out here. I did finally get a Chameleon and it lived up to its reputation. And the turn around was simply amazing (now if USPS could just learn a thing or two from you, but I digress).

Now it looks like I need to order some more DIY items for my new hammock.

It was a success but we still learned some lessons on how to do better next year. We are still a little behind but my crew just put out an incredible 170 orders today. When you think of all the cogs that had to purchase, stock, pull fabric, print fabric, sew, splice, cut titanium, deburr titainium, measure rope, and then package it all together and ship it out. It really boggles the mind. I am the pretty face but there are some really incredible people here rocking it everyday. Everyone here thinks we did a pretty good job of spreading out the sales so it was not too overwhelming. They all enjoyed Thanksgiving with their loved ones.

I ordered a Chameleon on wednesday. It was in Finland (not MN, the actual Finland) on sunday! It took eight days for the Finnish post office to deliver it to me!
