I can not say enough about how happy I was in choosing Jared and Simply Light Designs.


I had some questions about different features and things I might need. He by far was the most responsive and "honest" in his opinions.

Not to say that the other manufacturers were not professional and honest it just felt like he was the "most normal" and "appreciative" of my enquiry.

That’s a great rig! Are you gonna use pads or underquilts or both? My first night in a real hammock had overnight low of 65 degrees. I’d read about insulation and said to myself—-I’m tough—I did not sleep well that night—got too cold on bottom. Hahahaha

Thanks. the plan right now is to continue using the sleeping bag. May have to look at an underquilt in the near future.
