Yeah if anyone is coming over and wants to hang in foreign lands I'd be more than happy to meet up even if it's just a beer in a bar here in Prague

Well in Prague we get a lot of American tourists and when my boss came over from Pittsburgh he had no problems and enjoyed his time over here, he just wished he could have stayed longer and brought his wife (I work for an American company). I also have a handful of American expat friends here and they have never had any problems either. I have heard that some older people hold a small grudge against you guys because during the war an American bomber got lost and mistook Prague for Dresden but for most people it's water under the bridge You'll probably find that customer service here is awful too almost to the point of being rude but it's not because they don't like you, it's just how it is over here sometimes. Outside Prague in the countryside us British and Americans are quite rare so you usually get a good welcome and the people are genuinely interested in you
