Was wondering if anyone ever has used the speer top blanket with KAQ lost river 2/3rd underquilt? Would this work? Was thinking about ordering the speer top blanket because it looks warm, very light, and pretty reasonable price. I am planning to go on a trip on March 15-21 up in Mass in the Berkshires on the AT, was wondering if this would be adequate setup? I have an eno singlenest hammock.

The other one I was looking at was Spirit Quilts 30 Degrees, $200 4.8oz sq/yd Climashield, Apex Regular: 18.5oz. Anyone have experience with either of these top blankets? From what i understand the Speer is alot narrower.
I don't have any experience with the Spirit Quilt, but I can vouch for the quality of the Speer. It packs a lot of warmth in a small package.
As long as a 36" top quilt is wide enough for you, the Speer is hard to beat.
